Something I've not done for ages-

Very thinly slices potatoes on the bottom of a large dish. Leek, mushrooms, chicken in chunks, more potatoes on top. Chicken stock and cook. Smells gert lush

Ho that's something of not had for years I used to use a tin of Campbell condensed soup over it
I had chicken Kiev and potato waffles

Mrs O had a filling replaced today, so mushy comfort food: cod cakes, mushy peas and root mash ….

We often used Campbells condensed soups with chicken breasts, Saundra - either the chicken, mushroom or the celery variety!
