A holiday

Yes, I know we're on holiday every day here, but we have some friends coming over in September that we haven't seen for a couple of years. Our fault, too much to do and don't really like staying with them over night. I never sleep in their house and they always go to touristy restaurants that are mega expensive. Well, to us, anyway.

We decided on a couple of nights, staying in Fuzeta and spent the morning looking at apartments for a couple of nights. Bit limiting, only 2 nights, but that's all we need.

Rang our friend Jenny - we've known her and Kelly for 13 years - and made sure they will be in the area then too. Last time, they were in America, visiting youngest son and grandson.

She has insisted we stay in their apartment - they'll still be in the villa, so that's a happy Grumpy. Saved a 170 euros

That was his first thought Ossie

They live in the villa, which was near us, during the summer, as it has a pool and is a lot cooler than the apartment, The apartment itself is right by the harbour and a bit noisy, but the views are gorgeous 8-)

Oh that does sound lovely.... despite potentially being noisy. The harbour sounds fab; busy and interesting to just sit and watch
