Took mrs.e to see the doctor this afternoon to check on her progress afterthe hip operation.
She has lost nearly a stone in weight. He could not explain why as she is eating the same as before the accident.
Her ankles now swell if she sits or lies for a long time. They go down when she is active. Doctor said it was normal for someone her age and after the operation.

The good news is he does not want to see her until 2022 when she will be nearly 90.

That's brilliant, Cruiser.

I wish my flippin' quack would agree to let me be until 2022, but that's too much to hope for ….

That's great news Cruiser.

With the DVT I have to get up and walk about to avoid the leg swelling... and although I have a long way to go to catch up with Mrs. C my doc wants me in every year for an MOT.
