Sounds good Saundra :D

We're having beef stir fry, with various veg, noodles and chips. Chips because Grumpy likes frozen (cooked) chips with his stir fry.

The Ostrich's Famous World-Beating Diet-Enhancing Cabbage Soup! :cute: :Hi:

Cabbage, peppers, garlic, cabbage, onions, marrow, celery and more cabbage. Seasoned to taste.

Plus two Germanic frankfurters and a packet of Nairn's rough oat cakes.

Well, yes, Saundra, if you're prepared to stick at it. I'm trying to keep down to 13st as I've got an annual check-up at the quacks next month, and it is enabling me to retain that weight.
Mrs O and I prepare all the veg, add a couple of cans of chopped tomatoes, and boil up a huge panful which lasts 4 or 5 days. I have the soup at least once and often twice a day. Mrs O won't touch it with a bargepole ….

As for the footie, that starts this coming Saturday. I shall have to try to moderate my pie and pasty intake until after I've seen the doc!
