Morning everyone

We are having the most gorgeous sunrise this morning, the colours are amazing So hoping for another warm day, preferably without the wind.

Off to Ourique later, need to go into the Chinese for more containers and then shopping at Pingo. Pit stop at the bar for a coffee, collect the rolls, if she's remembered and a report about the patient.

Back to oven cleaning and kitchen worktop and splashback cleaning. Then make a soup for dinner. Butternut squash and chilli, with some lovely bread.

Oh and need to think about what we're taking with us. We've got some very good wine, which we'll take a couple bottles of it, down as a thank you for Jenny and Kelly.

Good morning from the North Sea! It was dull and misty earlier but the sky is clearing now. We are having a lovely time, relaxing, and lots of dancing every night. Today I have to pack and we are meeting the singer in the ballroom band for lunch. We met him on this ship last year and stayed in touch, so we were very pleased that he was going to be on board this time round. We’ve had breakfast in our cabin this morning, so I suppose it is time to get showered and dressed. Hope all are well.

An odd day today - my brothers birthday so happy days for him, but very sadly my friend's mom passed away this morning - she had cancer and had a truly horrible past three months so her passing today is a relief for her but so sad for my friend as she lost her dad to cancer only 2 years ago. It's been a really really rubbish time for her.

Board meeting day today at the office which means yummy lunch of which I no doubt will have too much. And then a quiet evening home.
