Good morning.

Forecast nice again. 8-) 8-)

A quick run, back for a swim then picking dad up and bringing him over for the day. :D

Both boys stopped over last night so a nice surprise for dad when he gets here. :P

The Ireland game will be watched then dropping dad back.

We'll nip out to Jose's for the second half of the Malaga game. :D It's Día de la Hispanidad today (National Day) so the locals will be more bonkers than usual.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Blowy, with sun and clouds, so the wind will keep the temperature down.

I was hoping to get in the pool later, before we over winter it, but think that wind might be a little too strong and cool

Grumpy's eye doesn't look any better, worse this morning, in fact. If it's not looking any better tomorrow, I'm forcing him to the centro de saude.

Cleaning this morning, might do some washing, but will probably have to hang it somewhere inside, otherwise it will end up in Ourique

Might pop down the bar later, not been for a beer since Monday, will see how the patient feels.

Chicken curry for dinner, well, it's Saturday 8-)

Enjoy the day with the boys and your dad Ally :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Nice morning here today. Not overly warm but a bit of blue sky and no rain! :)
I a while I'm off to the bank and this afternoon will involve a bit of conifer lopping. The idle person whose they are bothers about once a year with a pair of hedge clippers.
MrsC to her dads and tonight pasta and a bottle of red. Can't be bad.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it is another very nice day and we were up early because the builder said he would be here at 8.30 to repair the bathroom ceiling ...... guess what, no sign of him yet  Nothing major planned for the day, will just go with the flow. A friend gave Edward some apples yesterday so he is making an apple tart :D and we are having corned beef (what you call silverside) for dinner.

Nothing serious Ally, just a huge lump on t he inner eyelid. it-s made the skin below the eye very baggy and it was tender but has already popped once, hoping it will again today.

He is putting the cream on now, apparently, I wasn-t doing it right :cute:

Afternoon all :D

Wet and miserable here

Enjoy National Day Ally.
Hope Grumpy's eye improves soon Jan.
Glad the carers have been sorted Crommers.
What time did the builder finally show up Osc?
Hope the weather stays nice for the fair Saundra.

Bedroom sort out for us. We turn our mattress every few months so today's the day. Plan to get the brushed cotton bedding out as well, think we can safely say summer's over.

Have a good day :D

Oh blimey Saundra, nylon sheets were awful, always brings back memories of Brentford Nylons. Think they disappeared from the high street years ago.

You can get flannelette sheets, but they're too hot for me. We always have a bottom and top cotton sheet between us and the duvet, but love brushed cotton duvet covers in the winter. The mattress weighs a ton, not easy to turn, but it needs doing at least twice a year so........
