Good morning.

Wonderfully warm again. 8-) 8-)

Same as yesterday. A walk with Don, then I'll have a swim and he'll watch the rugby. :D

Going to pick dad up to bring him over for the day but before we go home we'll nip into Guzman's garden centre and have a look at their Halloween decorations. :D

Both boys will be here and I'm doing a roast chicken dinner. It's the last weekend the lads will see their grandad before he flies home on Wednesday. :(

A bit of TV catching up tonight and chilling on the sofa.

Have a great day.

ETA....no TV tonight as Don has reminded me we met 31 years ago today and is taking me out to dinner.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another lovely sunny morning, although the mist is slow to clear this morning. Another 27C later  The farmers aren't happy, too hot, this time of year.

Not sure what we'll be doing, apart from rugby watching. Well, Grumpy will, I'll sit outside and read.

Will probably do a bbq later.

Happy 31 meeting anniversary Ally :Hi: :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Happy 31sr Ally! Farmers are never happy Jan.
It's a lovely autumn morning here, blue skies and chilly. The trees across the road have lots of leaves on them still, but not for much longer I think.
Eliza is here. I dropped her mum and dad off in Barnsley last night, hopefully they will not have too bad a headache this morning.
Chicken dinner later!
Have a good day all.

Morning all :)

It's a beautiful sunny day here, which is a relief as Gloucester was under a flood warning yesterday! We're out enjoying the bright, cold day :)

Ally, happy 31st meeting anniversary :D

Crommers, you're right about farmers, from what I can remember from my days of living in the country ;)

Have a good one Jan, whatever you end up doing :)

Love to all xxx

Just come back from Sunday morning drive :D

We need a standard light, as the wall lights here are badly placed, so off we went to Bicos. Quite a way, but there is a car boot there and also a second hand shop. No luck with the light, but I brought home 12 books - all free :Hi: :Hi:

So that's me sorted for the next couple of weeks

Morning all......almost

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Plan to do a bit of ironing  all the cottons we take on holibobs have been sitting in a bag since we got back from Turkey in May. Still a few weeks before we go away again, but standing in one spot for too long sets my ankle off so will just do a few bits at a time. Nothing else happening, roast chicken and veggies for dinner later, vanilla blancmange with lemon and lime jelly for pud.

Have a good Sunday :D

Afternoon all, it is a beautiful day here too. We were a bit late to bed last night even with the hour, as we were out dancing. I won a Halloween hamper with lots of treats in it, which will be great to have for the children on Thursday. Edward got up to watch the rugby and when it was over, we went for a lovely walk down around the harbour before it got too busy. I got washing out on the line earlier, must take it in. We’ve caught up on last night’s SCD and I’ve been knitting.

Saundra, Eliza loves rooting around in her mum's handbag. Last time they found the fob in a cardboard box in the garage!
Ria, I'm sorry to read about your cousin. 54 is no age really.
