Good morning.

Sunny forecast. 8-)

Off for a quick run then back to get ready to go to Plaza Mayor with Don. Ikea for something I forgot on Friday and H & M for a skirt I looked at and now realise I must have,

Back home to happily pootle. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Gorgeous sunrise this morning, the fluffy ripplely clouds were red :D, so should be a good day, weather wise.

No work Ally?

Houskeworkery day for me, also bedding washing. Then I can get out on the gravel and spray my witches brew around, as no rain is forecast this week.

Grumpy has made the table, just needs to sort the legs out, but he needs brackets for that, so we'll get them on Wednesday.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

I don't work Monday or Wednesday evenings any more Jan.

I dropped my hours last September.

Morning all, happy Monday - and another weekend that just flew by :D

Hope all goes well at the doctor appointment Saundra
Jan, I know you can always do with rain, but nice to know that you've got a dry week ahead so can plan a few things
Ally, have a lovely day and enjoy the shopping and pootling about

I had a long WhatsApp video chat with my niece Bianca yesterday evening. She and her family (husband and son) still live in South African and are coming over to the UK to visit - can't wait; I get to meet my little great nephew who is 7 months old already. Duncan, her husband, is a chiropracter and they are potentially looking to move to the Netherlands (because his qualification is accepted there without additional exams). Duncan's brother lives in Manchester so they'll visit him first, then head to the Netherlands and then visit us for a few days and then head back to SA. So a whirlwind visit but hopefully give them the answers they need and then all going to plan they aim to move here in 2021.

As for today; a very much usual / usual for me - quite pleasant.

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all, it’s a nice bright day here. Gym this morning, then this afternoon, I need to go to the chemist and the library and back here to do the ironing I didn’t do yesterday :D

Good afternoon everyone. Cold but bright here.
I have been to the dentist this morning. Now I need to pay my subs for the target club and fix up my hypertension review. MrsC has gone to take her dad to his relative's house.
I hope you niece and her family can get everything sorted Ria, and it will be lovely for you to a catch up. Good luck at the doctors Saundra and ironing will always wait until tomorrow Osc!
Ally, you do right dropping the hours if you can afford to (and obviously you can). MrsC did the same in her last few years teaching.
Have a good day all.

Evening everyone :)

I've been out all day! Met my friend Paula for a cuppa this morning, and met her little dog Toula who was as good as good and incredibly sweet. Then I walked up into town and met Em, as per on a Monday, and our friend Jaqui, for a bite of lunch and a look round the shops.

I got the bus home, and have since been making a Bolognese sauce for dinner. Zumba tonight!

Ria, how exciting for Bianca and her family :D I wish them loads of luck with it all xxx

Love to all xx

Good evening all.

I've had a quiet day today. Just sorting out, this afternoon, the records I'm going to use on my Golden Oldies Music Night on Thursday.

The weather has been rather dismal here, so we're quite happy to stay indoors.

Hope you are all feeling fine.
