Lovely, sunny morning. Much better than yesterday, it clouded over, wind got up and we have rain

Ironing for me this morning, then heading back outside for gardening. Grumpy is playing with sand We have too much left over from the building works, so he's put some in a made-up hideaway and is going to spread the remainder on as yet un-paved paths.

If Jan rings, then drop everything and she'll take me shopping.

Morning all. Our daughter, Eliza and dog are here. They are all going to the dentist (minus dog) with MrsC in a minute.

Hello all, and yet again sorry for not posting over the weekend or yesterday.

My niece Carissa arrived from Germany on Friday and she's with me until Wednesday; we had a lovely weekend (got absolutely soaked in Windsor on Saturday; she got absolutely soaked in London on Sunday); yesterday she had a good day in Oxford. Today it's her birthday so I'm finishing work at midday then heading straight to Guildford and meeting up with her and Nadine and us three will be ladies what lunch! Carissa is actually also my god-daughter and this birthday is the first we've actually ever spent together; she's 27 today!!!

I'll catch up on all the post of the past few days tomorrow when it's quiet at work (boss is away tomorrow for a week )

Morning all, mixed weather here today, it was bright earlier, then it rained, but it seems to be brightening up again. Edward has gone to play golf. I’ve no real plan for the day -h/worky stuff, knitting, reading.

Crommers I hope the family get on ok at the dentist's. I'm going with D tomorrow, she has an appointment and I'm going to join up with them as we're changing from the Cheltenham one - long story that I might put on the health board later

Been listening to people on the radio talking about the flooding in their areas, feel so sorry for them all. Hope no one on VV has been badly affected.

Crommers hope the dental appointments go well. Our 6 monthly check ups are due next week, my least favourite thing to do.

No plans, think a nice quiet day is in order.
