Morning everyone

A glorious morning and going to be a hot day 8-)

Off to do the supermarket shopping after breakfast. Just need to collect a prescription and then back home, having a coffee on the way back.

And then back to sitting and weeding the drive. Mind blowingly boring, but it does look good when it's done.

A bbq later :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all - 8.20am and I'm sitting at the dining table. Could quite get used to this working from home thing :D My phone at work is forwarded to my mobile and the mainline diverted to an answering service so all good.

Dull and dreary at the moment, but meant to brighten up a bit throughout the day but then wind again later today - sigh

Meeting up with Nadine for lunch - why not ;-)

Jan, enjoy the BBQ later today and don't overdue the weeding and be kind to your back!

Have a lovely day all x

Good morning all, it's bright, breezy and quite mild here.

I've taken Bill for a long walk and he's had a play with his three Springer friends on the common, they live on the opposite side of the close and he absolutely adores them  I'm now waiting for a Tesco delivery and there's an Amazon one coming today too, in the meantime load one of two loads of washing is spinning away in the machine.

John's got to drop Tom at the station for 7pm tonight, he's getting a train to Manchester as he has an early flight to Germany tomorrow so is staying in a hotel tonight and then we're off to the Odeon to see Military Wives. Joe's not home until later, he has college today and then he's off to see Amanda's family.

Ria, that sounds quite relaxing for a work day! John's company have advised them all to take their laptops home each night in case of any overnight developments that mean they have to work from home.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s a bright day and I was tempted to hang out washing, but it looks a bit watery so I won’t take the risk. I have an MRI scan at 12.00, not looking forward to that but it has to be done. No other plans for the day.

Morning all :D

Very bright and sunny at the moment, but there are a few black clouds lurking.

Hope the MRI goes well Osc xxx

Had to bit my tongue yesterday at the hairdressers. One of the other ladies mentioned the panic buying of loo rolls and Jo, my stylist, said yes it's crazy, but she managed to get some in Aldi and complained they'd jumped up in price to £10 a pack. I commented how silly the whole thing's become with people buying them in trolley loads, she shrugged her shoulders and said 'oh well it's every man for himself, I'm alright I've got mine'!!!! With attitudes like that it's no wonder there are shortages

We've decided to split our weekly shop like we did last week, it's a bit easier on my ankle, so today we'll be off to our big Tesco. We don't need a great deal, I have most of the heavy stuff delivered, it's just the fresh things I like to pick out myself.

Hope you all have a good day :D
