I'm normally out the house all day on a Tuesday but thanks to the virus I'm at home so I've had time to cook today. I've given my resident chef the night off.
I've prepared Lorraine Pascal's Sticky Asian BBQ chicken with sweetcorn rice and red cabbage slaw. Nommy!
I've also batch cooked a lentil and red pepper soup, a carrot and coriander soup and a spicy tomato soup.
I picked dozens of lemons of our trees, juiced them and now have 3 litres of lemon juice. No chance of scurvy in this house.
I've also made a lemon drizzle cake.
And had 3 swims (not in the kitchen)
