For anyone it might concern.
Sainsbury e-mailed me to let me know they will be releasing daily delivery slots to customers over 70 or in the at risk category. It started yesterday and they seem to be adding dates a couple of days ahead so I've been able to order a delivery for this Thursday. Understandably they are restricting it to one delivery per week, but at least it means we will be able to have fresh veggies etc each week.

Jen, I am trying to register Luke as disabled so he can get priority slots, any supermarket will do but having no luck with any of them.
Either phones not available or websites down. Its not the end of the world I can shop for him.
We had the dreaded email saying no visiting until further notice today. I knew it was coming but still made me cry, which was a tad embarrassing as I was at work

Shell, I was thinking about Luke...
My ex is an area manager of homes for those with severe epilepsy - unable to look after themselves. She was saying that they are on a priority delivery list via the council. Could Luke's carers get him on something similar? I'm not exactly sure how it works but I think that some places are registered with supermarkets through the council.

I dont know Frank, I will ring the council and ask. He lives in a council property so that might buy him some kind of priority.
He can go out with this carers, just for a walk round the local area. His local area is not the best and there is not far to go that isn't housing.
I am trying not to think about what he is thinking too much as that just upsets me. I cant do anything about it and it is just as bad for many others. At least Luke is a lazy little monkey so not doing much might actually suit him. Only problem is after seizures he is wired and becomes like Forest Gump unable to settle and desperate to walk, that could be fun.

Thanks Kaz, its such a horrible thought, but you're not with Harry either and he isn't well, so I feel for you.
Jen I rang that number and hung on for 25 mins I will try again tomorrow
