Good morning again,

Back from Asda. I was ninth in the queue waiting for the store to open at 8.00 a.m. It was an orderly queue with part of the car park close with barriers for the queue.

Had a coffee and now jsut relaxing

Morning all :)

Cruiser, our Sainsbury's was extremely orderly and good-humoured on Sunday :) Glad all went well at Asda 8-) x

Jan, glad you have your rain :) x

Saundra, D has had several neighbours contacting her, people are being great, on the whole 8-) x

I will venture out to our little Co-op for milk later, to save defrosting any from the freezer - I want to save the frozen milk and bread for when it all really hits here :? It's another brightish day here, nice and dry. I might potter in the garden later, deadhead some daffs, and pull a few weeds. I did Zumba last night, via Zoom, will do another tonight. It helps.

Stay well everyone :) xxx

Morning al. We will be going for a few bits in a while to the Sainsbury's local. FiL needs some milk, so do we and we are out of fresh veg.
Our son in law is a police officer and somebody tried to spit in his face the other day. Charming. He arrested him for it.
I hope things are settling down now. Apparently the local food banks have been given lots of fresh stuff which was panic bought but is now going off.
One week into lockdown now.
Stay safe and keep well everyone.

eta - MrsC and her sis had a right time with their dad yesterday. They had to fix his hearing aid, give him a shower, clean his glasses and repair one set of them and then try and sort the tv out. MrsC couldn't turn the tv off and then she felt water coming out of the remote.

Morning all, it is dull and chilly here, but there are little spots of blue sky. Cruiser, I know you are a similar age to me, over here o/70s have to stay home. Today is Miss Osc’s birthday, she will call down to us later to do a little bit of shopping. At least I have a card for her as I always have a few in the house. For her present, she and I were going to the Gloria Estefan musical towards the end of April, but obviously it has been cancelled :( Edward has half of our table tennis set up against the wall downstairs and is using it to get some exercise every day.....he says the wall is winning  He is going to make some biscuits later. I need to do a little bit of ironing, and am back knitting too, making something for my niece’s baby expected in June.
