There's town further up north that has been completely screened off - and I mean screened off - for weeks now. No-one except emergency workers allowed in or out. Groceries delivered by them too. The town had the first death of a youngster, 14 years old.

I really worry about some peoples attitude

It really is selfish. My son and I isolated for much longer than expected simply to keep the town safe. There is no virus here and being both foreign and the first to bring the virus in, apart from being appalling behaviour, would make it impossible to live here.

Some people don't care, either to educate themselves or to take the most fundamental basic care for others.

Here’s one for you.

I glanced out of Joe’s bedroom window this morning and noticed that next door’s cleaner was there...and immediately thought that next door’s cleaner shouldn’t be there.
Both Becky and Dan are home as are both of their sons, I went straight down to tell John as I couldn’t believe that they’d be so daft and he said that she was there last week too.

Then there's the other side...

I was just finishing a short walk passing my neighbours two doors up, mum, dad and son. They all live in the same property and all have been self (group) isolating for weeks. On Sunday they were out on the front lawn playing chip the ball into the bucket with plastic golf clubs and balls.

My next door neighbour then comes out and starts a verbal tirade - super spreaders, no two metres, picking the same ball up as used by another, not washing hands, no masks, killers, effing this and effing that.

Dad just stood and listened and then when it stopped he quietly said; "We all live in the same flat and share the same rooms, toilet and kitchen. Me and her share the same bed, none of us has been out for weeks, so here's the thing. Go back inside to your cheap gin and porn vids because if you don't I am going to invade your two metres, rip your head off and piss down the hole..."

I actually laughed out loud.
