Good morning.

Very hot and sunny.

Off for a good head clearing run.
It's a year today mum passed away so it'll be a very thoughtful one. :(

Lazing by the pool reading will do me for the day.

Have a good one.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Quite cloudy this morning, so feeling rather fresh :D

Thoughts will be with you today Ally xx

Seems to be something rather large, yellow and noisy in the field next door. Hopefully, all the estevas, some of which are now quite high, will be cleaned off.

So that's put the scupper on the washing, as dust will be around. Will need to keep with windows shut too.

Will get some weeding done, if I can. If not, it'll be a lazy day spent watching the cleaning of the land and reading.

BBQ later.

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Nothing much planned here - Zumba at 10, some ironing later, if I CBA ;) It's looking like a fine day, at least :)

Love to all :) xx

Good morning both. Have a lazy day Jan. You work hard and it will do you no harm. Thoughts to you today Ally x. There is always tomorrow for ironing Kaz!
A beautiful sunny morning here. MrsC has gone with her sis to Aldi.
Yesterday their dad was giving it "I'm ready to go me, I'm ready to join your mother", at which SiL says "Well unfortunately you can't because Jesus is on lockdown and he's not taking anybody at the moment!".
Have a good day all, stay safe.

Morning all,

Thoughts for you today Ally. Mrs S thinks about her father at many different times and it is close to a decade now. Most of those recollections are comforting rather than distressing.

Today I completed my business bounce back loan form. I'll take the money and hold onto it for a year and we'll see how things go.

More work in the downstairs hall today. Mrs S said she wanted to wainscot it. Reality means I wainscot it and she does the painting and papering. It's going to look good though.

Tonight and tomorrow morning there will be visits to every house. 2 face masks per person will be delivered ready for the relaxation on Monday.

Have a great day all.

Gorgeous ,morning now and the big yellow thing has gone.

Just having a break, have finished the bank by the pool, now heading for the other side of the car-port. We want to gravel it sooner rather than later, so the weeds have to go. Grumpy is down on the veggie plot. Sensible lad, he's in the shade 8-)

((((((((((Ally)))))))))) Thoughts with you and your family today xx

I look dramatically different!! I bought a hair dye last week when I went shopping, hair dyes are pretty thin on the ground just now so I couldn't get my regular one in Home Bargains, I bought a Light Brown instead of medium ash blonde.....of course it's VERY DARK  It'll fade of course, hopefully me sitting in the sunshine this week will help!

Nothing exciting to report - have a nice day if you can xx

Good afternoon everyone. Overcast here with a cold breeze - just completed quarter of an hour in the garden digging up errant tufts of grass that had proliferated in the soil beneath the shrubs at the front. Mr Grumpy next door continues with the mammoth construction in his back garden that is reputed to be a henhouse and looks bigger than the Coliseum …..

Mrs O asked Ossie to trim the back of her tresses this morning, with dire warnings not to emulate the old crofter in the Specsavers advert, and promises of complete retribution (along the lines of no food) if he exceeded his remit.

Duly accomplished without too much fuss. Ever the professional, I used the Dorset Spider Ostrich Feather Duster to clean off the cuttings - hopefully she didn't realise that. :cute:  Gal, would you let T do yours? :D

The posties here have yet to master the art of social distancing - standing in the drive to collect the empty recycling bins (and the council workers do keep their distance, even if it means bowling your buckets at you from the road with the skill of a pub skittler), I had a postie appear, come right up to me and hand me a letter (which I promptly dropped before rushing indoors to fumigate)

Off to tour the supermarkets later this afternoon to replenish supplies for the next fortnight.

Thoughts for you today, Ally, hope you're OK.

Interesting to see you're getting mask deliveries, Suff, I doubt the UK would ever be that organised ...

Stay safe all.
