Very nice, Saundra!
We are on a real "lockdown" menu here, because it's a small house and our lady painter is EVERYWHERE all at once!
So all this week, it's: Lunch - ham and tomato sandwiches, apple, cuppa tea Tea - bowl of Ossie's famous homemade soup, spam sandwiches Supper - peanut butter on ryvitas while we watch telly!

We had chicken breasts, on a bed of sliced leek, with parsley, garlic and olive oil poured over it, then made a sauce of flour, white wine, water, poured that over, with broad beans - from our garden - and tagliatelli.
