a cottage in Salcombe (S Devon) for a week in September :) We love it down there, and it's much safer to be self-catering than going to a hotel.

Can't wait! :Hi:

Saundra, I agree, I think hotels will be risky for a good while yet :? I must do a ticker for it 8-)

An episode of Poirot was filmed in Salcombe. It looked absolutely beautiful. I hope it's great weather for you Kaz.

Crommers it's stunning down there! We were in S Devon a few years ago at Easter, and were incredibly lucky as the weather was amazing. We went across the estuary to Salcombe on the ferry, and found a pub that overlooked the water - pure heaven 8-) :)

Ossie, fingers crossed for the weather, it's often good in early September, just after the kids go back to school, so with a bit of luck......

Jo, I'm counting the days :)

Thanks Ally :D

Well done! I’m working on Edward for a couple of nights in an upmarket b&b in Carlingford, Co. Louth, it’s a lovely part of the country. We have a voucher I got for my birthday which needs to be used. He is quite paranoid about it all, but I’m trying to get him to relax just a little bit.
