Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely morning, brisk wind, so feeling cool. That will soon change 8-)

Watering every other day now and Molly was trying very hard to trip me up :cute:

Gardening, of a sort today. I need to feed all the plants and we're also going to re-pot some small tomato plants. And I need to go down to the gate, where I planted a few plants and feed and water them too. Will pinch the water from our nice neighbour  saves me walking up and down the drive   I'll also walk the rubbish down to the bin - we really hit the lights here

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Jan, morning all

Could do with some warmth here; given it's July it's rather nippy. Meant to be warming up this afternoon, but not holding out much hope :D

Going to sort though all my plastic containers this morning; I've got loads and really don't need all that much. And now is the perfect time to do it as I put things back into cupboards. Tomorrow will be sorting through the tins and jars that seem to have gathered and multiplied over the years; will be embarrassing to see just how many are well past sell by.

Other than that, usual work stuff

have a lovely day all x

Molly, you little tinker! Enjoy the sun Ally. I'm with Ria; we could do with a sight of the sun ourselves. Crazy to think that not long ago it was scorchio, now grey and rainy.
MrsC to her dad's this morning and a Sainsbury's run this afternoon. Not a day for the garden. Ratty has made a reappearance so we'll have to move the bird feeders.
My sister in law is going in to work today for possibly the last time. She finishes on the 15th.
We have ordered a covid 19 test for MrsC's dad. If it comes back negative the care home will take him. Fingers crossed because the current situation isn't sustainable.
Have a good day all.

Busy morning in the garden. More tomato plants than we know what to do with  but have transplanted them all and also the cuttings I got from a friend, they're all over the place, and don't need a lot of looking after, or water, which is good. Fed everything, as our "soil" is awful, more stone and shale than actual soil

Will take a wander down to our nice neighbours and feed the plants down there and also water what's needed. Will take a beer or two and enjoy their view, for a change 8-)

Afternoon all :D

Dull and overcast and we've had rain, more expected later.

Fingers tightly crossed the test comes back negative Crommers.

Just read that East Kent Hospital Trust has one of the highest Covid death rates in the country, 21 in the last 7 days. Our local hospital the QEQM has been badly affected. No doubt all the people rushing to our beaches hasn't helped, but we also have a problem with the boats coming in along our coast. A large proportion of the people on the boats intercepted have proved positive. Goodness knows about the ones that manage to slip in unnoticed.
Thank goodness for home delivery, we don't fancy braving the supermarkets just yet.

Finally got around to sorting through my side of the wardrobe in our bedroom, managed to get rid of a few things and have just washed some bits to freshen them up. E's side next. Still leaves the big triple wardrobe in the spare room, it's all my stuff and methinks that will take a bit longer. Betting I'll find things I've forgotten about, hmm think I'll do a Scarlett O'Hara and leave it for another day

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Afternoon all :)

Crommers, fingers firmly crossed for the result! XX

Sainsbury's for us, as per. It was raining, on and off, so it was lucky that there was no queue 8-) It's fined up a bit now :) Pepper finally has her cone off, and her paw has healed beautifully :)

Enjoy the rest of your day everyone :) xx
