I'm a dafty bint

Having said it's too hot to cook, I decided today that we would have roast potatoes, chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and garlic, wrapped in presunto and steamed veg.

Not as daft as it sounds, as it was cooler today and I had a huge fan blasting out 8-)

We're heading upwards, temperature wise, for the next week or so, and I know we'll get fed up with salad, so made a nice change 8-)

It sounds absolutely delish, but I certainly wouldn't want to cook it on a hot day   :D

I think this is where a slow cooker would come in very handy - you put everything in and leave it to do it's thing; no slaving over a hot stove.
