Good morning. :D

Scorchio. 8-)

Different set of muscle usage today. Don and I have booked a padel court for 8am. It's like tennis but with the speed of squash. I will be a right sweaty Betty after the hour.

Straight home for a cooling swim.

Tonight...for the first time since early March....fanfare of trumpets....we're back to meeting the gang for Friday beers and tapas!! Yayyyyyy. :Hi: :Hi:

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, cool morning, before it ramps up later 8-)

Done the watering, just been having a chat with eldest grand daughter, she was another one who had hoped to come over this year, but there's always next year.

General pootling today and I'll get most of the housework done before it gets too hot., Finish it off tomorrow.

Enjoy tonight Ally :Hi: It's lovely when we can do things like this.

Have a great day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Jan, morning everyone

Enjoy the padel (is that what it's called?) today - sounds far too energetic for me :D :D :D but most important enjoy your evening - so nice to be returning to normality!

Jan, have a lovely day once the housework is out the way. And definitely bring on 2021 and lots of family to visit you x

I'm working from Nadine's house today - change of scenery and it's a fairly quiet day 'in' the office anyway. The joys of a laptop - everything is portable :D

The only other 'exciting' thing to report is - NO RAIN!!! :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: we finally have a few dry days; albeit still not very warm and sunny - but still. It means I can get a few things done in the garden this weekend.

Have a lovely day all xx

Enjoy your night out Ally. :) A cool start and warm afternoon sounds perfect Jan. Ria a change is as good as a rest they say. :)

Good Lord above - we have sun! :o :o :Hi: :Hi:

And about time too. Just the usual running around today. We have done a bit of cancelling and arranging for FiL so all is going smoothly so far.
Daughter is home from Northumberland today and it will be nice to see them all again.

Have a great day all.

Afternoon (just about) everyone :)

Ally, that sounds very energetic  Enjoy your evening! :D xxx

Jan 38° too hot for me! Low 30s is enough 8-) xxx

Ria, same here, no rain!

Cromwell, so glad they've had a nice holiday, good luck getting all the bits sorted for your FiL xxx

Hi Saundra :) xx

It's cloudy but lovely sunny spells in between - I took advantage and stripped our bed and that's all out on the line now. Also scrubbed the en suite and had yet another hoover round, the dogs tread bits of grass and stuff in. :cute: Just got back from a brisk walk up to the Co-op and back, and am about to make a bit of lunch for me and Mick :)

Enjoy the rest of your day everyone :) xxx

Morning all :D

Sunshine here too, but there are still a few big clouds floating about........

Wish you could send some of that heat over here Jan.

Washing day for me and, oh the excitement, a Sainsbury delivery this afternoon. According to the e-mail everything's available this week.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Afternoon all, sunshine and clouds here but thankfully no rain. I walked over to the golf club with Edward, then walked back myself by a slightly different route. A few bits to do around the house, then I’m meeting some friends outside the pub next door for coffee and a chat.
