Butterfly chicken breasts, marinated in olive oil, dried chilli, lemon juice, pan fried. With couscous and chickpeas, with steamed broccoli and leek.

LOL, we had chicken breasts for Sunday lunch, but it was with our last few week-old carrots, frozen peas, baked onions and Bisto gravy!
