- outside that is - has really been blowing today; very cold and horrid. I just looked at one of the weather forecast sites and according to that it's been a North North East wind blowing t 19kmph. Tomorrow and Friday it's going to be a NNE at 26kmph; so quite a bit more than today .

Will it ever stop?

while we have a 24hr warning of wind between 75-120 kph

It's bad here too meriad, wrenching the back door out of my hand! The man on the telly said Saturday it's going to be 9 degrees and much less wind, which sounds positively tropical at the moment

We have had clear skies and plenty of sun for a few days, very pleasant, but step out into the wind and it rips you apart. It really is vicious.

I had to go into town today to get my bank account details. Then I did a bit of shopping. I forgot my hat and gloves. The wind was arctic after about 20 minutes......

Better next week they say. But we've heard that before haven't we....

It's been very sunny here this week, and pleasant if you get out of the wind - but the wind is biting and takes all of the warmth

It looks like it should be really lovely...until you step outside.
There's been such a biting cold wind here and it's been like it for weeks now.
