Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning. Not a cloud in the sky but a little chilly at the moment  Will warm up again later 8-)

Will do the watering when we've had coffee, not sure when it's going to rain again, maybe the week-end.

Then I'm off on a jolly :Hi: :Hi: Jan and I are going to the Algarve - shopping :Hi: I have a list  air fryer and steamer, also need to look at vacuum cleaners  Then we'll hot C & A and a couple of other shops, as well as supermarkets, to get stuff we can't get here. Think the car will be rather full

Back for a swim - I tried to pull the cover on myself, from inside the pool yesterday and it can be done, Not easy, but doable.

Hope our patient had a good night and we hear some good news soon xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Jan, morning everyone

Ally, so jealous of your weather - autumn is here to stay; we're just not getting much above 15 degrees anymore

Carissa and I will be off to Wisley in a bit - weather is a tad iffy unfortunately but hey ho. You now have to book a timed entry slot and ours is between 11 and 12 and according to the forecast it's going to be rather wet until about 2 - typical as we'll be ready to start heading home by then :D

Going to make chicken satay with rice for dinner tonight - never made it so just hope it turns out fine

Have a lovely day all x

Good morning, it’s sunny and clear here after a very foggy start. At least the ice scrapers weren’t needed for the cars this morning, unlike yesterday

Bill’s had a long walk, the hoovering has been done and the washing is on the line. I’m waiting for a parcel for Joe, there’s one due today and he thinks some due tomorrow.

Enjoy your day out Ria!

Have a good day all :)

Afternoon all, a glorious late September day here. Edward went off to play golf, and I did some bits and pieces then went for a walk down the pier and to the fish shop, it was lovely. I have two washloads on the line, will take them in soon as the sun has moved around now. Of course that will fill the ironing basket, but no doubt I’ll manage to ignore it until tomorrow

Afternoon everyone :)

Well my day started with a fright  I looked in my handbag before going out, and my purse was missing! :( I tried thinking of when I last had it - on the bus home yesterday - so I rang the Stagecoach office in town, and thankfully they had it! it must have fallen out of my bag somehow :? What a relief!! So I went and picked it up 8-) :D After that excitement I went to see D, as per on a Tuesday, and we had lunch. She had someone in cutting the hedges, but as she had a dental appointment for 2.50 I stayed at hers until they finished and locked up. Home now with my feet up

Love to all xxx

So glad you got your purse back Kaz! Thank goodness it was found by someone who was honest :)

It’s a horrible feeling isn’t it. I well remember going to pay for something in a shop in the Bullring and my debit card wasn’t in my purse. When I thought about it, the last place I’d had it was when I’d paid some money in at the counter in the bank the day before and they’d had my card to access the account but hadn’t handed it back, and rather than call me to say it was there they cancelled it!
