Dinner tonight

Chicken and clams
Normally, the traditional dish is pork and clams, but I really can't get a decent cut of pork, without it either being fatty or gets too dry But a friend over in Canada, suggested chicken.
Did it a couple of weeks ago, not quite right, so did it again tonight, and much better
One more tweek though, the clams we get here are frozen so I'll defrost them next time.
