I bought a huge pork loin yesterday and cut it up into two rather large joints and several steaks.

One joint in the freezer, another for Sunday.

Two pork steaks . one each - for tonight, with saute potatoes, leeks and broccoli in a cheese sauce. Will probably cook the steaks with garlic, we do like garlic

Fish and chips from the freezer!

No idea probably a sandwich?

Jo, when my mum made a pie she always left enough over for us to make a turnover each, or jam tarts. I always used jam and my sister always lemon curd
