Me and B had the leftover spag bol from yesterday with green salad, Mick had salmon

Last night was chicken casserole with crusty baguettes, I keep a supply of the part baked ones and quickly bake them in the air fryer.

Tonight it’s pasta bolognese. I might have a jacket potato instead though, or beans and cheese on toast.
