Dinner tonight

I cut up some pork loin (it's so cheap here, I get a huge one for under 8 euros ) and have been marinating it in white wine, garlic, onion, bay leaves, salt, pepper, a little chilli and paprika since lunchtime yesterday.
it's now in the oven on a very low heat for about an hour and a half. To accompany it, there are fried (air-fryer) cubed potatoes and a sprinkle of pickled veg I know that sounds really weird, but it really cuts through the heat.
We used to have this when we could, in the Palma, before the new people took over.
