Good morning.

Flippin 'ot. 8-) 8-)

I've been for a quick run to get it out the way before the killer heat kicks in.

Apart from a brisk swim I'll spend the day poolside reading. :P

BBQ Bill in charge of dinner tonight and more Better Call Saul. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny with high cloud but a wickedly cold north wind, so feeling rather cold.

Watering to be done this morning, that will take about an hour  and then I haven't a clue what we'll be doing. There are only a couple of places that need weeding now, so that will be done. I'll be wearing gloves as one particular plant (weed) has barbs along the stem and I got caught out yesterday and Grumpy had to spent half an hour getting rid of them

Some of the plants need cutting back, but he'll have to do that - not only do snakes hide in the plants, it's on a steep slope.

Might pop down the bar later, before the curry.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

Grey skies again but the sun is trying to poke through.
Just pootling again. The house is now clean and tidy. Can now see wher some skirting boards and windowsills need painting.
Will have them done in July by a friend when I am on the cruise.
Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s grey and still raining here despite the forecast saying it’s going to be dry and brighter.

Not much planned today. A walk with Bill if it ever stops raining and I want to go to the garden centre for a few pansies for in the pot by the front door.

Saundra, take it easy today. Glad you’ve now had your second though.

Have a good day all :)

Good morning from Wicklow where the sun is actually shining! It’s still chilly though with a cool breeze. We plan to visit some gardens today and bring a little picnic https://botanicgardens.ie/kilmacurragh/ . They are an offshoot of our main Botanic gardens in Dublin and when different species didn’t do well in Dublin, they brought them down here - Wicklow is known as the Garden of Ireland. I’ll probably watch the Eurovision tonight and Edward will watch golf on Sky Go. Right, better tidy up before we go out.

Saundra, take it easy the next couple of days, and have some paracetamol handy, that seems to deal with a reaction.

Pleeeease send us some of your heat Al ;) xx

Yikes Jan, what kind of snakes? xx

Well done Cruiser :) xx

Oh Saundra, you take care today (((x)))

It's grey and chilly here too Jo  xx

Osc, that place looks so beautiful! I hope you have a lovely time :) xx

I've been to SW as the actual meetings are back on :Hi: Getting back on their scales was a bit of a shock, but I was brave  :P We're having a cuppa now, in Corretto's, sitting inside for the first time since before Christmas 8-) :Hi: It's too chilly to sit outside, but we feel safe as our rate is so very low here - 5 per 100,000. Dreading one of those variants getting down here, but at least M and I get our second jab next Saturday :? Off to see D in a while, we'll collect the dogs on the way :)

Have a good Saturday everyone :) xxx

Nothing nasty Kaz, ladder back normally. We often find the skins in the bushes

But we're not going out - it's too cold and windy :cute: The weeds will be there tomorrow

merry morning all

Saundra do take it easy today x
Kaz with you on that plea to Ally to send over some of that heat

Well I got up at usual 6am to let the chickens out and then went back to bed and only got up at 9 (bliss). Feels like half the day has already gone and I've not done much :D
Walked to the post box to get some lapel pins into the post and saw a lovely bright orange small handbag in the charity shop along the way so have asked them to keep it for me and I'll collect it on my way out later today. Meeting Nadine at a local garden centre at 2pm to get a few small bits and bobs for a friends birthday tomorrow and then meeting up with some friends at Karl and Nadine's house. We were going to BBQ but given the weather it's changed to lasagne ;-)

I had my 2nd vaccination yesterday and must say that I'm very lucky in that I'm feeling totally fine today; not even a sore arm

Have a lovely day all xx
