Morning Saundra, morning everyone

Sun and mist this morning  No wind yet, that will come again this afternoon. This is the coolest and windiest summer I've known

Off to Ourique after breakfast, need salt for the pool and Grumpy needs some more sun-glasses. Then the joy that is Pingo and back for coffee.

Athletics later :Hi:

Hope Crommers is up and walking now :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

The sun is out and it is going to get warm. Going shopping. Then will be moving things out of the kitchen so they can lay the new vinyl tomorrow morning.
Some will go in the lounge. some in the garage. Fridge which is on wheels and washing machine which will be on a sack truck will have to stay in the kitchen.

Hugs and vibes for those who need them.
Have a good day everybody

Morning all, we are up and about earlier than usual as Edward has a dental appointment at 10.10, the next step in the implants procedure. Today the dentist will do X-rays to check that the implants that were put in nearly five months ago have “taken”. Then impressions will be taken and hopefully before too long, he will have lovely new gnashers. It’s autumnal out there, slightly misty but very warm and humid. I have washed bedding on the line and I hope the forecast rain doesn’t arrive early!

Hoping we might hear from Crommers today that he is doing well.

Morning all :)

Glad you have sunshine, Saundra :) xx

How are you feeling Jan? xx

Busy day for you then Cruiser! xx

Fingers crossed for E, Osc! I hope his implants took XX

Hoping all is well with Crommers xx

It's belting down here, with a thunderstorm! Quite a contrast to the last few days, but can't really complain as we've had four days of summer. It might clear this afternoon, so fingers crossed.

Take care everyone :) xx

Morning all

Cruiser, good luck with moving all the things in and out - annoying to have to do, but so worth it when you see the end result. Did you take some before and after pictures?
Kaz, hope the storm clears and you have more lovely sunny days
Jan, hope you survive Pingu :D
Saundra, I'm hoping to get some stuff done in the garden as well.
Osc, good luck for E - a lengthy process but so worth it

Hoping Crommers is doing as well as can be x

Such a beautiful glorious sunny morning here. I'm home today so able to enjoy the sunshine and warmth vs being in the office :D Got one load of washing on the line and the 2nd is in the machine. I'll be popping out to the local butcher in a bit; given the weather we (Nadine and I) decided it's BBQ for dinner tonight; making the most of what potentially looks to be the last of the summer days; just had a look at the forecast and can't believe that by Sunday they're expecting the temperature to be about half of what it is today!!!

Well best crack on.

Hugs and vibes to those who need / want one x

Morning all, it’s another hot one here.

Bill had a very early, and long, walk. I’ve done two loads of washing, thankfully it’s drying quickly because I only have room for the one load on the line  and I’ve made some sheets of pasta so that we can have lasagne and salad for tea tonight. Just the hoovering to do now and then me and Bill will be camped in front of the fans for the afternoon.

Hope all is well with Crommers x

Good luck to E, Osc x

Kaz, we’re due that tomorrow. I’ve just had a weather warning about it. Hope it clears for you as the day goes on x

Have a good day all :)

Silly me, forgot it was a local holiday, so virtually everything shut

Pingo was a doddle, for a change

Much better, thank you Kaz. I'm slapping on an aloe vera gel on the scar at least twice a day and we're impressed with how it's doing :D

Good luck to E, Osc x

That's good to hear, Jan :D xx

Well the rain cleared, apparently dry but overcast for the rest of the day :) We're out having lunch at The King's Arms, by the harbour and a stone's throw from our apartment :) xx

Edward is not a happy camper, one of the implants did not take, it is being redone next week and then he has another four month wait :? Apparently it is a crucial one and the dentist couldn’t work around it.
