Warm and sunny again.

Looks like another week of using the pool so I'll have a swim mid morning.
We're still not needing the duvet on the bed yet so my lovely M&S set will have to wait.

As Jacob's going back to Granada tomorrow morning Conor is coming over here for the day.

They're taking us out for lunch.

Monday night is quiz night on BBC2 followed by an excellent programme about Blair and Brown. I'm surprised by how much I've enjoyed it.

Stunning sunrise happening at the moment. Looking forward to another warm day ~

I'm off on a walk soon and then back for a busy morning on the phone. We need gas, need to find out when the insurance guy is in his office, ring Mitch to remind him to go to the bar at 4.00, to meet Alberto and get his new chickens.

And we also have some-one coming up to buy the old bathroom window sometime today. Her and her sister are both local estate agents, so I'm expecting a request to have a nosy

Left over lamb for dinner.

Usual sort of Monday here, meeting Em in town for lunch, then probably Zumba tonight. Just loaded up the washing machine, no chance of f it drying outside today as it’s raining on and off - thank goodness for tumble dryers

Morning all, I forgot to post yesterday It’s a nice morning here, so I’ll hang out some washing and see how it goes. It’s a bank holiday here but that won’t make any difference to our day. We are going to Wicklow tomorrow for two nights as Miss Osc and family are down there and we will be childminding as Miss Osc and SIL have to go to Dublin for work on Wednesday, so I have stuff to do before we go. Last evening, we booked a city break in Budapest at the end of November, we had a €100 voucher with the company which was very helpful!

Yesterday we walked to visit Edward’s sister and her husband, he is the one with oesophageal cancer that wasn’t diagnosed for over a year. He is not doing very well, the chemo makes him sick and he is eating very little. The doc prescribed those nutrition drinks for him but he hates them. I felt so sorry for my sister-in-law M as she is struggling to cook things that he might eat - he was always a picky eater anyway. They have sold their house and bought an apartment, so she is busy decluttering and packing stuff up. While we were there, one of their sons arrived, we had a good chat and a laugh, so I hope that gave J a little lift.

A trip to Sainsbury's today and that's about it. MrsC isn't sleeping well atm.

Not much planned today, expecting the Tesco delivery shortly. The website is finally back up, but wasn't in time for me to make any changes so we'll probably have to pop to the shops later this afternoon.
