Sore and exhausted, the taxi ride wasn't great, but it's lovely to be back home. E's got some oven fish on the go, even better almost time for the painkillers lol

Rest, rest and more rest xx

How are the dressings changed Jen? I had to go to our local centro de saude, hopefully, some-one will come to you. We don't have home visits here.

Take it easy, listen to your body after a big op xx

Have a good nights sleep x

Glad you are home, Jen, but please don't rest, rest and rest some more. That's the old way.

When I had my back op recently it was gentle exercise, not too much, but a little and often. Don't go mad and tear any stitches, sutures, etc, but keep gently mobile and flexible. And listen to your body, it will tell you when enough is enough.

Good luck. xxx

Do take it quietly, and let yourself heal, Jen.

What everyone has said Jen. Rest up. If you need an afternoon nap, take one. An operation takes it out of you. xx
