how do you pronounce the word can't

do you say
can followed by the nt; or
car followed by the nt
I do the latter so pronounce it more like carn't but I was listening to a radio commercial and they use the top one; and it made me wonder what is more common. Just pondering

"Carnt" round this way, sort of, but the r is almost a glottal stop. A bit like CArNT, if that makes sense.

Carnt, like everyone else.
But can't is an abbreviation for "cannot" or "can not" and it sounds like your radio commercial was saying that, the full word, Meriad?

no... it's an ad for BT fibre broadband and he's saying: I can probably stop this now, can't I ?
