Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 21 Nov 2021, 06:49

Good morning.

Nice again. :D

We've booked a cheeky night in Nerja. :cute:

Heading off around 10, it takes just over an hour which will time nicely for breakfast at our favourite place. :D

Once we've checked in to the hotel it's a wandering we will go. :D

It's my turn to choose where to eat for dinner. That'll be Nepalese then.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Gorgeous morning, almost springlike :o 8-)

Enjoy your break Ally :Hi:

The hunters have been busy this morning, banging away since 7.15

Very naughty cooked breakfast this morning  then I'll head outside, being careful with knee and back, and get the weeding finished. Grumpy can do the spraying, as he still won't let me lug the cylinder around

Then a sit in the sun, with a beer or three, I think 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Iberian early risers!
A fine sunny morning here but definitely colder than of late. There will be no beer drinking outside this house today!
The other day Eliza was cleaning in our kitchen, mimicking MrsC. She cleaned around the door edge of the washing machine, looked at the dirt on the cleaning cloth, looked at MrsC and said "Mummy would not be impressed"!!!!
She isn't even four yet!
I've finally demolishd the old armchair. I had to take an axe to it in the end. :o
Must get a new child car seat this week too.
Son and his gf are coming for Sunday dinner, it's always nice to see them. We are lucky in having our children live so close to us.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s a bright day here but looks cold as people are wearing hats and scarves. I’ve been pottering about putting stuff in our cases for Budapest, very refreshing only having to pack for three days and limited to 10kg. I have stuff to print off too, so will get on with that shortly. We may go out for a walk later. I need to get on with knitting the cardi I am knitting for Kellie.

Crommers, that did make me laugh  Kellie would be the same. Don’t you sometimes wish they never had to grow up.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Have a lovely time in Nerja Ally.
I love a cooked brekkie Jan, it's one of the things we look forward to when we're on holiday, seems such a long time ago.
That made me chuckle too Crommers, make the most of it, they grow up so quickly.

Another easy day, I potter about the bungalow to keep moving, but will try getting out for a few little walks from tomorrow, weather permitting. The aim is to get round to the garden centre and, even better, the Racing Greyhound within the next couple of weeks. Might have to take the pressure pad though, the seating in both places can be a tad hard

Hope you all have a good day xxx

Hello everyone :)

Have a great time in Nerja, Ally :) xx

Good for Grumpy, saving you from yourself Jan ;) :P  xx

Eliza sounds like Poppy, Crommers  xx

Good luck packing Osc, Budapest will be great I'm sure :D xx

I hope the weather stays good for you Jen :) xx

Well yet another busy morning here! Up early to take N to church, then we had a lovely hour or so on our own at Correttto's, sitting inside today as no Fraggle. He was at home with B, no walks for him at the moment on vets orders! I will post on the Pets board about it! :( We collected H, then we popped back here to pick up B and Fraggle to take him for a vets appointment, then round to see D. Home now to put my feet up for an hour! :cute:

Love to all :) xx

A very enjoyable day, working in the garden, weeding, dead heading, Grumpy was cutting back some bush things that grow like mad, on the fence line, between us and our field. So tomorrow, that means me on the wheelbarrow

Decided a beer, sat at the front, in the sun sounded good. It got rather warm, so off came the fleece, then the jumper, sat there in short sleeves - with a hat on, the winter sun here can be lethal

And then a huge black cloud come over, the temperature dropped and it hammered down   Not for long, presume it was the rain we were supposed to have yesterday ;)

We're now sat at the back

Fire will be lit soon and we're having chicken breasts, stuffed with cured goats cheese and garlic, wrapped in presunto, with roast spuds and veg, as well as garlic mushrooms.

We'll have killer breath tomorrow
