Onion curry!!!!!

I said on the good morning thread that I would be having curry for my NY eve meal.
Prepped all the onions, garlic, ginger and softened them in the pan. Transferred everything to the whizzer and blitzed them then back in the pan with curry paste, tin of tomatoes and some puree. Turned the heat to low and left the curry to cook.
I just went in for a quick taste test..... and I had forgotten the chicken!!!
There it was, still in the fridge. That's now had a quick fry up and is in the curry sauce where it should be. And, NO, I have not been at the sherry - not yet.
