This afternoon, we need to trim back the garden. Although it looks lovely, with all the daisies and dandelions out in flower. as well as the pretty orchids, it's getting too long. Off with their heads

It's a gloomy day here, hopefully it won't rain. Going into town this morning with Harry, as he wants to return the PS4 game he bought as it won't load. Luckily I kept the receipt.

Waiting for a phone call from Scot Power between 11 am and 1 pm to sort an ongoing problem, so stuck in for a while.

We've had a good lie in, still recovering from getting up so early yesterday Absolutely nothing planned today, intend to be extremely lazy.

We have been up and out for a paper and are going for a short walk this afternoon.
After that we may go through to a different branch of halfords to look at car seats.
Also may apply for my bus pass on line.

Today was one of those that ended up being mentally busier than we expected. It’s pretty dreary weather wise, so we headed off to a shopping centre, where Edward got some hardware he needed and I got two dresses and some underwear in M&S. Then home in time for my sister to drop off a child’s car seat which is being gratefully taken by one of my gym friends. So far so good, the plan was lunch then post here. Then - an email arrived cancelling our Southampton flights for our cruise at the end of March Since then, we have been exploring all sorts of flight/train/coach options. The last time we took the train, there was nowhere to put our suitcases and it was quite an uncomfortable journey, so now we are focussed on seeing if we could pack enough for a 4 night cruise into our smaller cases, with a max of 10kg in each to keep the cost down. I think I am up to the challenge We’ve got the cases down, measured capacity, picked out the two most promising. Now to book flights and trains. This brain work is tiring!
