We ordered a card 22/03 ,a special one for our Son's 50th ,to be delivered on 25/03.
Had an e mail confirming .
Still has not arrived !

Spent an hour today chatting online with one of their agents asking what happened?
Promptly cut me off !!

Tried again different agent this time, who said sorry there was a tech problem and the card wasn't sent.

So credited us with the postage and saddened it again +£5 .

We said why can't you refund us the amount we spent AND resend the card.

No can do she said

Once the credit is used up shall never use them again

That's a shame Vic as I've always had superb service.

We had real problems with getting mail to and from France last year. One Moonpig card took a month to arrive.

Today we get Moonpig cards in 2-3 days from the UK but we can't order the largest cards. Apparently they cost too much and also the service for delivery is too slow.

I've had very good service from them, but they can't do any better than the postal services they use. In this case it sounds like the post was an issue.

That was my thought too Jo. We've had loads of posties off with Covid and our mail has been very erratic.
