Half an hour of my life - poof :(

Postby JanB » 29 Mar 2022, 20:08

Just spent the last half hour filling in forms to receive my pension

Some of the rubbish they want to know is unbelievable

Filled it all in and poof - gone.

Because I'm abroad, things are different and I cannot apply on line.

Well, why the hell not tell me, before I start????????

So a phone call tomorrow

I have been having problems trying to do a repeat order for my prescriptions on line.

I have ben having problems trying to log on to order repeat prescriptions. Kept getting a blank black screen. Wasted several hours
over the week end. Had to order them manually. So yesterday lunch time, went to the surgery and after some disussion, saw a yopung lady
who arranged or me to sign in on another web site to order my pescriptions.
Have nown tried it twice but not ordered any more prescriptions. So hopefuly I will not have a black screen again.
