Good morning from the inferno that is home. 8-)

Off for my walk.

Back for a swim.

Later I'm packing my rucksack ready for tomorrow and I'll paint my nails.

BBC 4 are re-running the superb Ever Decreasing Circles and then there's the second part of the new drama Sherwood. :D

Have a great day.

Saundra....a cyber hug for you. xxx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Pleasant morning, not bisteringly hot yet. Today should be the last of our really hot summer days and we go back tomorrow, to more normal temperatures.

As it's cooler, I'll be getting my scrubbing brush out and removing the bird poop on the pool surround. They make a nest in the satellite arm every year  and we get bits of nest, dead baby birds and a lot of poop every year. The dish isn't being used, so we're going to take it down, somehow

Ironing for me, with the fan blasting me

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

We have heat here too :) Well, warmth anyway  Ally I used to love EDC but I always wanted Ann to run off with Paul   xx

Hope your weather settles Jan xx

A lovely sunny day here, got some washing on and will peg it out before I walk into town. Becks is coming too as it’s her day off. We’ll go and see D afterwards. Might do some ironing later - might not :P ;)

Have a good day everyone xxx

Good morning everybody.

Housework today. Will have to have it spick and span as grand daughter is coming tomorrow afternoon till Saturday.
So I may be missing till then.

The sun is coming out so it may get warmer. If I have time may do some gardening this afternoon.
Been watchinga programme called "Reinventing the Orchestra". I have found it interesting showing how composers have
put together different tunes.

Havea good day everybody.

Good morning.
We have warmth too, just about.
MrsC is having a coffee with her cousin and then it's Eliza time.
Have a great day all, hope Jo and Saundra are feeling better today.

Good morning everyone :D

Cruiser, have just the best time with your grand daughter. I love that you're so close that she does and more importantly wants to visit - I never had that relationship with my grandparents sadly.

A lovely sunny day here as well. I'm in the office today through to Thursday and then working from home Friday. Meeting up with a friend for dinner this evening so no garden time today unfortunately

Hope you all have a good day - stay cool everyone x

Morning all, it’s shaping up to be a nice day and I have towels out on the line. Edward has gone to play golf and I have lots of h/worky stuff to keep me busy. I also need to pop to the post office to send a birthday present to my grand niece, and also go to the hairdresser to see if she can fit me in this week. Plenty of post-holiday ironing to do

Me too! But then I would look at Martin and think how devastated he would be if she left.

She's here!!! :Hi:

Ed and Briony's baby girl was born two hours ago.

Rachel. 8lb 8oz.

They've given her the middle name of Cornelia after Con. (Cornelius.)

I am absolutely itching to buy baby girl clothes  and can't wait to see her next month.

Going back to last Tuesday watching the first ever episode of EDC and the subtle, but most definitely there, attraction between Ann and Paul was so cleverly acted.
