Good morning.

34° forecast again. We should be gradually dropping to 30 by Monday.
It feels like the longest hottest summer ever...and I was away for 7 weeks of it!

A swim shortly then back to wait for Jacob who is coming over mid morning. :cute:

It was 19 years today we moved to Spain. :Hi:

Conor will be here around 2.30 and we're going to Gambrinus for lunch to celebrate. :D :D

Their friend Victor is home from Morocco for two weeks (he's a police officer and is stationed there for 9 months on the Spanish/African drug war run  ) so the twins will meet up with him tonight whilst us oldies will come home for Repair Shop and Shetland.

Have a great day.

Morning all :)

Congratulations on the 19 years Ally :Hi: :Hi: 2003 was a big year for me too, as I met Mick :) xxx

Meeting my friend in town for a cuppa at 10, picking up a few bits for Doreen, then walking up to see her. Mick’s doing a tip run, his slot is booked for 1pm  We have someone coming round at 6 to talk about solar panels.

Have a good day everyone xxx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Sunny and fresh morning. Another 30C for us today.

Beware of the solar panels Kaz. They cost an absolute fortune to install and the batteries only last 15 years, the panels not much longer. When we looked into replacing ours, it would take us that long - 15 years - to recoup what we paid out, so didn't bother.

Off to Ourique after coffee. Need some longer bolt things for the new panels and we'll do Aldi and Pingo. Back for a lovely breakfast of fresh bread, cheeses and tomato. As long as I can get the right bread

Off out for dinner tonight. Steve and Jackie might joins us.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s another lovely morning here, I left the washing out overnight so it should be dry by lunchtime. Lots on my list today, clean the bathrooms, and various holiday bits and pieces. Today is my last full day so I’ll be working through the list with the aim of packing on Friday afternoon. Edward is doing something or other up on the terrace. We had fun with Kellie yesterday, had a picnic down at the harbour followed by icecream. On the way back, she ran and did cartwheels and handstands the whole length of the prom, such uninhibited love of life, a joy to watch. Poor Michael was upset last night, one of his close pals fell while playing football at lunchtime in school and broke his arm quite badly, Michael said you could hear the crack  :(

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

We're going to be off out for a walk along the seafront in the next hour or so, really looking forward to it. Planning a light lunch at The Pavilion before tackling the walk back.

Hope you all have a good day xx
