Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny, but a little chilly still.

Grumpy is out painting and I have a huge pile of ironing to get through  Also need to make doce a casa for tomorrow night.

Need to have a rummage in the freezers, for something for tonight's dinner, as Mrs Organised Knickers somehow or other forgot about food for tonight

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Wow, Ally! That's still really warm - not jealous! ;) :P  xx

Jan it will be a mystery meal then? I really must start labelling my freezer stuff, as I often can't make out the frozen leftover curry, Bolognese sauce, tomato pasta sauce etc    xx

I hope you get your pooter fixed, Cruiser :) xx

Aw (((((Saundra))))) xxx

We're off to the garden centre today. We're taking D, for lunch and some new plants, as part of her birthday present :) Quite looking forward to it myself, as we haven't been for ages! It's dog-friendly there, so we're ok taking the pooch 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

I found some beef, so it will be that and something else, whatever fresh stuff I have, which is not a lot, as it's shopping tomorrow. Loads of broad beans still, as well as a few peas and cauli from the garden, so will make something up.

Would love a good mooch in a garden centre. The nearest to us is in Beja and that's rubbish

Morning all, it’s mostly cloudy here, with the sun peeping through now and again. We were supposed to be going out this morning to do some dancing as part of an Age Action week being held by the local council. However, Edward is just getting over some kind of tummy bug so he is spending the morning in bed as he is meant to be going to the Ireland soccer match this evening with Miss Osc and the children. I’ve no big plan for the day, washing to be done and that’s about it.

Afternoon all, the weather can’t make it’s mind up today, it’s either sunny or pouring down and changes in the blink of an eye!

John’s been working away since Sunday morning, he’s doing some site surveys and in meetings at Nissan in Sunderland. He’ll be back tomorrow night. I’ve spent the last two days getting the house straight - again. Tom seems to have settled back in nicely though.

Joe ran the Stafford 10k on Sunday despite carrying an injury. He’s got time to rest a bit though now before his next event, the Alton Towers half marathon in November which he’s running with Amanda (who is also injured!).

((((Saundra))))

Have a good day all x

Morning all :D

Wet

(((Saundra))) xx

Just had a quote from my energy provider, because of the non repayable credit of £400 from the government our monthly bill between Oct-Mar will now be lower than it was before the last increase :o Our direct debit has gone from £119 to £179 and now back to £112, certainly takes the pressure off for this coming winter, must be a big relief for all those worried about turning the heating on.

We've had a lovely long lie in, no point rushing about in this weather. There's always tomorrow for a walk and tbh the hill and cobbles yesterday were enough for a couple of days.

Hope you all have a good day xx
