Wash balls.

Following on from the 'Guess what I just ordered' thread.
Does anybody use them?
I have had one on the go for the last three weeks and they work OK on lightly soiled garments, but they need a conditioner to make clothes smell "washed".
But be warned - they are useless on stains such as soup, ketchup, wine etc. those things still need detergent. And if you are doing whites make sure everything is white - proper white.

I've got the dryer balls. They are supposed to stop the washing from tangling, but tbh don't really work.

Be no good for us.
Joe has a liking for white tops, and also a liking for ketchup

Yes, was it a statement or a reminder?
As for dryer balls, I have showers now, not baths!

I am following the instructions which were given to me by my wife long before she became ill.
I put two different powders in one of the sections in the drawer and Comfortin the centre section. Don't use balls or any other gimicks.
Sometimes put a tablet in whichis supposed to stop lime scale. Not really neded as I live in a softater area.

Cruiser, they are not a gimmick, as such.
Most of us wear and wash things after a couple of uses, and for those they are OK. It is what we now do.
However, they are not good for heavily soiled garments, such as workwear. They need a good wash with detergent.
No one way is perfect.
