Morning all :)

Ally if he's anything like my boys you'll certainly need to get food in ;) xx

It looks grey here. The weekend Christmas markets are starting in the Quays today and the ice rink is being built so it will be busy down there today :) No problem, I quite enjoy the bustle :) Round to see D afterwards.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning and 23C for us.

Oh dear Saundra, hope it clears up soon xx

Rubbish internet this morning. I got fed up, turned it off and did other stuff this morning. Now going out weeding.

Out for dinner tonight, with friends. A late birthday celebration for Grumpy, as we didn't go out on his birthday.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Afternoon all, I intended to post much earlier but got distracted and went off to do other stuff. I’ve been to the post office to take out money, got my eyebrows tinted on the way back and I’ve defuzzed my legs. I also want to add our personal details to our pre-Christmas cruise account on Cunard. They were the main things on my list for the day. For the rest of the day, I will be knitting or reading and I might paint my toenails. Edward has been doing some work on the terrace as we have a couple of small leaks, but he is being interrupted by rain showers. He has also been cooking off veg in the Instant Pot for the freezer. No doubt he will settle down to watch sport soon.

Not quite this early Jen. Before Covid they used to have a beautiful Victorian Market at the end of November, where the stall holders dressed in costume, and they employed actors to be street urchins, Victorian ladies and gentlemen etc, to stroll around in character. That was great fun! That was on for a few days, then most of the stalls would go, but some would stay until Christmas. That’s changed now, which is a shame. It is a bit too early really :?

Love the sound of a Victorian Market Kaz, what a shame it's stopped. We have a Dicken's Festival here in the summer, there's a big parade through Broadstairs and lots of people dress up for it. It's brilliant.
