Good morning Ally and everyone

21 degrees? Is that normal for this time of year? Enjoy the BBQ today and have a fab time catching up with your friends

A home day for me, got lots of cleaning to do. Just as well the weather is rubbish, makes staying in easier :-D . This evening I'll be heading over to Karl and Nadine's, it's their anniversary tomorrow so Nadine has booked them a night away tonight, so I'll stay at theirs. Have friends popping round for drinks whilst there so should be a good evening.

Have a lovely day everyone x

Good morning Ally, Ria and everyone

Lovely and sunny, with mist in the valleys this morning and wet stuff forecast for this afternoon.

But who cares, we have wood

Cleaning for me this morning, as I didn't do a thing yesterday and then slob out this afternoon with a book.

Bide a casa for dinner, not done that for a long time. Just hope the beef is good.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

It's normally around 18 or 19° Ria.
It usually gets warmer than forecast but that's the same everywhere I guess.

A Google memory came up on my phone just a moment ago and it shows Don and myself sitting in the sunshine at Gambrinus.

Morning! :)

Sounds perfect, Ally :) xx

Bet it won’t be as wet as our wet stuff Jan :cute:  xx

I hope they enjoy their night away, Ria :D xx

Well it’s like a monsoon here today, rain literally bouncing off the pavements :cute: :cute: We’re in Portivo Lounge having breakfast, too wet and windy for Corretto’s. Round to see D in a while. I did ring and get her Blue Badge sorted yesterday, but annoyingly as her current one expires today she can’t use it until the new one arrives in the post. Not impressed really, as I submitted her reapplication back at the end of October!

Have a good day everyone xx

Morning all, the rain has just stopped - not sure for how long - but it’s very breezy.

No plans today, I’m waiting for Yodel to deliver a parcel. That’s due around lunchtime.

Me and Joe were back in the house by 11.30 last night, again the M6 was pretty quiet but it helps too that the long running roadworks on the M56 by Manchester Airport are finally nearing an end and another carriageway has opened.

Kaz, that’s appalling! I hope she’s not waiting long for the new badge :x

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it looks nice enough out there, but surprise surprise, the forecast is rain. I’m laughing at my ticker about going on a snowy holiday this day three weeks - there is no snow! At least we are not going to ski. Tonight we are going to a black tie dinner dance, so we’ll be dressing up all posh and I’m getting my hair done this afternoon. Edward has just made a batch of mincemeat Danish pastries, so we have them to look forward to today and tomorrow, then on Monday my eating really needs to get back to normal. I need to iron Edward’s new shirt for tonight, might iron the sheets while I’m at it.
