:Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I managed to pay that pesky bill that has been hanging around us since October.

We were paying by multibank and the reference numbers didn't match  I've rung, e-mailed and heaven knows, I've tried enough times.

We got yet another reference number last week, had to wait two working days and finally, finally managed to pay it today :Hi: :Hi:

I took Luis, Sonia's husband, with me, just to make sure I was doing everything right.

And as Grumpy said, if the Chief of Police says it's been paid, then it's paid

But I also have a receipt

Oh, the relief 8-)

For our new residençia cards Ossie.

SEF gave me a cut off date that was before they sent it to me  Gave me another reference number with a made up date, then another reference number which just didn't work, even in the time slot allowed.

Then I missed a cut-off date, my fault entirely, then another payment date, after they e-mailed, so it was with great relief I got another one last week.

I have the receipts tucked away  just in case.

Suggest you copy them onto your computer and phone so you have copies if you ever lose the originals.

I amnow doing this with important official documents such as pass port, driving licence etc.

I've just checked their website and it's all noted that we've paid :Hi:

The receipts are tucked away Cruiser, in a very safe place.

Now we wait for the cards  That could be months
