Jonathan has been denied a claim on,his holiday by jet 2 who say she can fly with a pot on
While surgeon says she can't
It's to hot in Tenerife plus she can't go in the sea in a pool it's a serious operation
If the surgeon says no that's should be enough to pay up

If the surgeon says that she cannot "fly" with a pot on after the op that should be the end of it. She might need a letter stating that is the case as proof.

However, Jet2 will be thinking that all it means is that she cannot go in the sea or in the pool, which, they will claim is no excuse to cancel.

Citizens Advice might be worth a call.

He will need to get it in writing from the surgeon Saundra, worth appealing once he has that.

I agree with the others, he needs a letter from the doc concerned.

Saundra I could be wrong but I always understood that you can’t fly in a plaster cast due to possible swelling with the air pressures
