As I said in the morning thread, I had ordered shoes from Pavers, not realising that they would come from England. They tracked as far as an Irish courier called Fastway. My heart sank when I saw that as we have had experience of them before, none of it good. I contacted them today and they say they are “unable to locate the parcel within their network” - in other words, they have lost it, and suggested I contact my supplier for the next steps I’ve emailed Pavers and we’ll see what happens, although of course it is not their fault.
