Morning Ally, Saundra and everyone

Dull and misty with the chance of rain this morning  :Hi:

Done all the watering of the new plants and pots and got wet feet, as the "lawn" is wet

Cleaning this morning and Grumpy is going to use the floor cleaner. How the kitchen floor gets o dirty is beyond me

Down to the bar later, meeting friends and I'll be making some burgers for dinner.

Have a good day everyone and enjoy the coronation, if you're watching it xx

Good morning.
MrsC is watching the coronation, she and some neighbours will be having a couple of drinks later on.
It's a nice morning atm, let's hope it carries on.

Jan, you should have been in Pontefract yesterday afternoon! Thunder, lightning and an absolute cloudburst - the streets were awash.

Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all, we’re ensconced in front of the television. Edward cooked a Coronation breakfast in honour of the occasion and I had everything cleared in time to sit down just before the coach came out of the palace. Such a historic day, no matter what you feel about the monarchy. What a shame the weather isn’t nicer, they should have put an Infant of Prague out in the garden last night (maybe you have to be an Irish Catholic to understand that ;) ) .

Morning all, it’s dry at the moment but has been raining.

John’s not long back from Park Run so once he’s finished his cuppa we’ll walk Bill. Our new fridge freezer is being delivered this afternoon, I’ve hated the current one ever since we bought it and just to spite me it’s lasted over 12 years! There’s hardly any storage space on the door because it has a water dispenser which we thought would be used but was just a novelty at first, and that takes up half of the door space. The Tesco delivery is coming this evening, I usually have it on a Friday morning but it seemed pointless as I couldn’t get anything for the fridge or freezer if I had it delivered then.

Tom’s in London and Joe and Amanda are off to the cinema later. Manda arrived just after midnight last night, after she’d finished work. Joe’s enjoying the fact that he’s not having to drive over and get her now.

Might start a jigsaw in a bit, I’ve not done one for a while and it’s something to do while we’re waiting for deliveries.

Have a good day all :D

Hello! We’re on holiday in Keswick as of yesterday, couple of holdups on the road yesterday but we’re here now and have been blessed with dry (so far!) and quite warm weather!! It won’t last but the lake was just gorgeous when we walked there earlier, here til next Friday all being well. Toms oldest brother is very poorly in hospital he’s been there 3 weeks now. Same hospital Donna works in which in the main is a plus but she rang at 12.30 this morning with updates and they really could’ve waited till a reasonable time today. Spooked us both and took ages to settle again.

Anyway hope those that wanted to watch the coronation have enjoyed it. I MAY have if we’d been home but too much in Keswick to keep me indoors!!

Enjoy the rest of Saturday xx
