Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny and pleasantly cool at the moment.

Strange goings on this morning. Thought I heard Jose Felipe come up with the eggs, but when I looked out., nope, not been. As we have gravel it makes a noise and even Grumpy heard it.

And then Heldar was in the field next door, also in his truck.

Ah well.

Mitchell is coming here for lunch. It's the only way I know I can know if he's eating. He won't eat a lot, but at least it will be something.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

It has been raining. There are still grey skies but I hope it has stopped as I am going out. Like Ally I am going on a bus. I have ecied to go to Chorley. Will have my
lunch at a lovely cafe.

Will post later on the Health board about my experience yesterday.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s clouding over after a bright start when we walked first thing. I think showers are forecast.

Just waiting for the Tesco delivery, not sure what time it’ll arrive. It’s booked for between 11 and 12 but they’ve been coming earlier.

I was such an idiot yesterday  Amanda had stayed and when I went out with Bill her car was still here. Got back with him at 8 and it was still there. The bedroom door was shut so I crept quietly around so as not to wake her while thinking that it wasn’t like her to be sleeping so late. She usually goes to the gym early so has a key to lock up if she goes while I’m out with Bill.
At 11 I thought I’d steam the kitchen and utility room floors. Went in the utility room, picked up my boots to mop and realised that Amanda’s shoes weren’t there. Checked the camera at the back of the house and there she was going out with Joe at 6.15!
It turns out that his car is in for a service and MOT today so he’s borrowed her car so that he could get to work while he’s without his. She was working yesterday evening so there wasn’t time to get it over here after Joe had finished work so she’d left it here and he’d dropped her back home on his way to work.

Have a good day all :)

Hello and good morning all

Ally, have a fabulous day
Cruiser, enjoy the bus ride and lunch!
Jan, have you ever thought about getting a WiFi camera so you can monitor things; or is that not a done thing over there?
Jo, that's funny - tiptoeing around in an empty house :D

Usual Friday working from home for me today. Brought home the tea / kitchen towels we have at work to give them a boil wash; the laundry service we use only does a regular 30 (or at request 45) degree wash, so every once in a while I bring them home. Put them on last night and hung them up this morning - hope they dry before the predicted rain starts. Need to pop to the shops in a bit to get a few things but nothing else exciting to report

Have a fab day everyone x

Morning all, it’s dull here but warm. I’m really tired as I had a poor night’s sleep last night, woke with leg pain after being asleep for about an hour and it took a long time for it to subside and for me to get back to sleep. I’ve had a sore hip since we were at that dance break in England at the end of March, due to problems with a very sticky floor. It was coming along nicely but last Monday I fell on the footpath on my way to the gym and that really set it back. I’ve cancelled the gym today, we are supposed to go dancing this evening but we’ll see, although dancing doesn’t seem to exacerbate it (that is something dancers always say ;) )

We had a nice evening out yesterday with my sister, Miss Osc et al for sis’s birthday, although my meal lay a bit heavy which didn’t help when I couldn’t sleep  When we came out of the restaurant at 8pm, it was a beautiful warm evening, really lovely. We have Tesco coming between 3-5 today, we always vaguely forget about it and are surprised when the doorbell rings

Not allowed Ria.

It was Jose Felipe, as we thought. He got here and realised he'd left the eggs at home

He's just been up with them

Afternoon all :)

Hope you had a nice time with the boys, Ally :D xx

Jan that did make me laugh  xx

Hope you had a good day Cruiser xx

Jo   xx

Yes, they need a good boil now and again Ria, no good washing tea towels on cool, it doesn't kill the germs :? xx

Osc, I do empathise, pain in my hip and leg often wakes me :( xx

We've not heard from Jen for a few days, hopefully that's because they're travelling home? xx

Out early for my meeting at SW, good news again :) Then out for brunch with Mick, and round to D's afterwards. It's a beautiful day here again :D

Love to all xxx
