Good morning.

Getting used to 37° temps again.

Conor stopped over last night and Jacob is arriving at 8am. :cute:

The four of us are going out for breakfast then Don and I are going to Nerja.
Don's booked a night in a hotel as part of my birthday. :cute:

Walks on the beach and ice cream will feature strongly.

Have a great day.

Hello both and everyone

Ally, have a fantastic day with your boys and enjoy the day and evening away with Don x
Jan, minus the football your day sounds lovely!

Another wfh day for me, so the usual mix of work and pootle. Managed to get the lawns mowed yesterday and both hedges cut. I wasn't sure how much space I'd have in my garden bins so did my side first and then the upstairs neighbours. Today's pootle jobs will be mowing next door's lawn and cutting back two shrubs in my garden. Lovely dry weather with sunshine so life is good :D

Have a good day everyone x

Good morning everybody.
The sun is out and it is 20C. May cut the lawn this afternoon. The green bin will have been emptied so i can put the grass utting in it. Still some weding to do.

When i went for the paper before breakfast was told one of my brake lights wasnot working. Had a lok in the handbook but no instructionson how to fit a
new bulb. So I have ben to the Toyota garage. It is about a mile away. They have fitted a new bulb and only charged me for that. £1.50. I was expecting
at least half an hour labour charge. The car is going for its MOT and service at the end of August.

Now just pootling. It will include wrapping two small parcels, and a large padded enevelope which is being sent to Gibraltar.
Will also be on the computer as my son wants some information.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine 8-)

Popping into town in the next hour or so, need to go to the bank and buy a few birthday cards. Meant to do it yesterday, but was messed around with lots of waiting at the hairdresser and only just got back to the car park in time to avoid a ticket. So annoying.

Other than that, not much else happening.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
I dropped MrsC and Eliza off at Pontefract Castle this morning, they had an activity day for children. They both loved it.
Did the shopping, went back and picked them both up and having a nice cup of tea now.
It's a nice day, warm.
Salad for tea.
You've left us some warmth ally!
Have a lovely day everyone.

Afternoon all :)

Ally, hope you’re having an absolutely great day! :D xx

Ria, it’s gorgeous here too, so nice to have sunshine xx

Hope the Orique run went ok Jan xx

Ditto the car stuff Cruiser xx

That’s so annoying Jen xx

Mrs C will be shattered then, Crommers  xx

A beautiful summer day here, sunshine and a light breeze - 23C :D I was out early to meet J, then bought Mick a few new bits in the M&S sale - jeans, T-shirt and a new gym top. Went to the Entertainer toy shop to choose a 1st birthday pressie for little N, Becky’s friend’s baby, as we’re going to her party on Saturday afternoon :D I got her a V-Tech doggie that walks and teaches numbers :D Super fun

Walked up to D’s after that, Mick arrived after me when he’d finished his tip run - you still have to book here, despite COVID regs being over :cute: Hoovered and mopped when we got home, chicken and baked veg for dinner.

Love to all xxx
