Morning Ally, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning 8-)

Hope all goes well Jen xx

A morning for outside stuff, before it gets too hot. So the watering will be done and then painting and spraying, then we'll have to think of inside stuff

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Enjoy the sunshine, you two :D xx

It's sunny here, but definitely autumnal. Not sure what I'm doing today, Emma might still be isolating so I might go into town on my own, or see if Mick wants to do anything  :?:

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Afternoon all, we’re back from a lovely weekend, a little break that was much needed. Saturday night’s ball was great fun, we paced ourselves with the dancing, enjoyed the meal and there was lots of chatting and laughter with the people on our table. We made it to the bitter end at 1am although we were pretty tired yesterday! Yesterday was a competition so all we had to do was mostly sit and watch, and dance during the breaks for general dancing. By about 5.30 just as the comp was ending, the late night was catching up with us, so we went and had something to eat and then retired to our room, Edward being delighted to watch the rugby and I was reading. I was in bed by 10pm and asleep by 10.05!

Today we enjoyed one of the really nice things about these breaks, lingering over breakfast and chatting with everyone. On the way home, we had to stop and buy a freezer as one of ours is on its last legs, got what we wanted and it will be delivered on Wednesday. Popped into Lidl for a few bits, home now and catching up on Strictly.
